What happens after I have submitted my enquiry?

We will send you an acknowledgement email directly after receiving your online request. We will provide a callback within 2 working days to enquire more about your pest problems and to arrange for our pest specialist to visit your home or premises for a risk free consultation, if required. If you think that the quotation and proposal is acceptable, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice attached to confirmed your treatment plan.

I have made an appointment. What should I do on my side?

After your appointment is made. Just sit back and wait till our pest control technician arrive to access your pest problems.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the result?
